At the heart of my work is a commitment to building systems that help families and organizations thrive. As a researcher, trainer, and systems builder, I founded FamAuLee Dynamics to create sustainable programs focused on long-term transformation and real-world application.
With a heart for accessibility across the church, community, and higher education, I design structures that ensure people of all abilities are seen, valued, and supported. Through practical, faith-centered parenting workshops, I equip families to navigate the intersections of faith, race, and disability with confidence and clarity.
